Applied Technologies
Heftos aims to position itself at the forefront of Brazilian engineering, with a strong focus on innovation and technology. We constantly seek to improve processes and improve productivity through good engineering and safety practices and new technologies.
Below are some technologies applied in our projects:
Brownfield & Modularization
Manufacture and installation in units in operation and/or confined environments, whose expansion or revitalization is carried out to add value to existing facilities. An example of our experience in Brownfield is the complementary project in the Golfinho 3 block, in the Espírito Santo Basin.
Complex Fabrications
Equipment, standards and procedures developed for the various manufacturing challenges of specialized services. The project seen here on the side contains fabrication with special (duplex) steels and automatic welding processes.
Hydrojetting with Robots
Surface preparation with hydrojet robot
Automated Painting of Ship Sides
Experience in operational units with the treatment and painting of vessel sides. Adoption of best practices for access and use of different high performance technologies. Over more than 36,000 m² of ship side painting, we’ve had zero work accidents.
Services during Production Shutdown
Consolidated experience in all stages: Planning, Pre-stop and production shutdown. Mastery in the application of techniques and equipment with technological innovation that promote high productivity, reduce production downtime and mitigare operational risks. Services provided in an Offshore shutdown regime were developed in the following platforms:
